My Story
I live in the coastal town of Margate, Kent, with my husband Paul and Border Collie Harley. I have two grown children and four grandsons whom I adore.
With a background in Holistic Therapies and Coaching, and a Black Belt (2nd Dan) in Karate, I began my own coaching business in 2015, passionate to inspire other women to move beyond fear and self-sabotage (where I’d previously been), to step into their Secret Power.
Starting my journey as a Nutritional Therapist in 1999, I soon became aware of the limitations of a purely physical approach to wellness and was led towards a more spiritual path that incorporated the Mind, Body, and Soul. I went on to learn Usui Reiki in 2014 and have since become a Master/Teacher in both Usui and Angelic Reiki, as well as a Crystal Energy Guide. Sound Healing has become a more recent passion, and I love holding regular Sound Baths, allowing my guests to drift off to the incredible healing frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls!
I am also a certified Rose Priestess Practitioner, accredited by the Magdalene Rose Temple and Sisterhood of the Rose, and specialise in very unique, deep healing experiences working with the frequencies of the Rose, in combination with Angelic Reiki, Crystal Healing and Sound Healing.
And I’m a Cacaoista (hosting Cacao Ceremonies), and Author.
I featured in a powerful book collaboration in 2019, ‘When The Goddess Calls, Vol 2’ and in 2020 a personal dream was realised, with the publication of my own book, ‘Your Secret Power’, which became an Amazon number 1 bestseller within just a few hours, and takes readers on a journey towards transformation and self-mastery.
I began following my Priestess path in 2021, and this resulted in deep personal healing and profound transformational shifts. I realised that for most of my life I’d worked in my masculine energy (always doing, achieving, hustling and logical thinking), or from a place of the wounded feminine, through people-pleasing and overwhelm. I was completely disconnected from my own body! A huge commitment was necessary, for my own healing …
In 2023 I was selected to undertake a Priestess Pilgrimage to Egypt and as soon as I stepped foot on this ancient land, steeped in Magick and Mystery, I felt like I’d returned home. Over the course of two weeks, as I journeyed from Aswan to the Pyramids and Sphinx on the Giza Plateau, I visited many incredible Temples with my Priestess companions. We received countless activations and upgrades, as we completed service work on our way – check out my blog to follow my adventures! The experience was truly life-changing and I know I returned a different person. In the months that followed, despite going through another dark night of the soul, my own personal growth was beyond anything I’d previously experienced. This may not be the easiest path, but hearing the call of the Goddess and learning about the importance of Divine Feminine work, has been worth every step.
I am still very much on my journey, learning and awakening, and delving ever deeper on my Priestess path. And now, as a Certified Rose Priestess Practitioner, I hold space for other women, to help them activate their innate Feminine Power and live fully in their truth. This is done through 1-1 Healings, as well as Circle work and Ceremonies.
The Priestess path is a journey of deep purification, healing, surrender and empowerment. When we heal the deep emotional wounds of the sacred feminine, we not only heal ourselves, but also our ancestral lineage and future generations.
My Background
Alongside being a therapist, I worked in office management for several years where time and again I proved my worth and leadership qualities but it came at a cost. After reaching burnout for the third time in succession I realised I was not living my true purpose and was being guided by the Universe to work through important lessons.
“Over the years my journey has taken many twists and turns. Among the good times there have been others where I’ve felt stretched and tested to the max. But one thing I’m sure of now is that our most difficult challenges become our greatest learning experiences. We just have to have faith.”
I lost my dad to cancer in 2014 while learning to cope with my mum’s dementia, and then only 14 months later my younger brother was killed in an accident. What followed was a period of massive growth, as I put into practice all the tools and techniques I now use in my business.
At no time was I more grateful for the knowledge and tools at my disposal, than when my husband of 33 years was diagnosed with cancer in the summer of 2019. Initially paralysed with fear and uncertainty, I knew how essential it was to reconnect to my inner strength, fully surrender and have faith that the Universe had my back.
